OPWL Program Learning Goals Document

During my tenure as a Graduate Student with the Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OWPL) program at Boise State University, I had the opportunity to apply my knowledge and skills to real-world, professional situations. The work samples highlight my ability to identify, analyze, and solve performance issues and demonstrate my strategic approach to choosing and implementing solutions.
